Agenda of the Board Meeting of the Friends of Manial

Palace Museum to be held on Wednesday August 1, 2007

 

You are invited to attend a Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday August 1, 2007 at 6 pm at the Supreme Council of Antiquities at 5 Al Adel Abu Bakr Street, Zamalek in order to deliberate the following Agenda:

 

1-          To approve the Minutes of the previous Board Meeting.

 

2-          To send an invitation for the Annual general Meeting.

 

3-          To review the activities of our Association since the beginning of the year.

4-          To review the activities of the Committees.

 

5-          To plan forthcoming activities.

 

6-          Any other Subject.

 

7-          To agree the date of the next Board Meeting.

نتشرف بدعوة سيادتكم لحضور اجتماع مجلس الادارة المقرر عقده يوم الأربعاء 1 أغسطس الساعة السادسة مساء بمقر المجلس الأعلى للآثار فى 5 شارع العادل أبو بكر، الزمالك لمناقشة جدول الأعمال التالى:

 

1-    التصديق على محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة السابق.

 

2-    دعوة الجمعية العمومية السنوية.

 

3-    النظر فى نشاط الجمعية منذ بداية العام.

 

 

4-    مناقشة خطط ونشاط اللجان.

 

 

5-    تخطيط النشاط للفترة المقبلة.

 

6-    ما يستجد من أعمال.

 

7-    تحديد تاريخ الإجتماع القادم لمجلس الادارة.
