دعوة اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لجمعية أصدقاء متحف قصر المنيل

 

Invitation to the general assembly meeting

of the Friends of Manial Palace Museum

 

 

You are invited to attend a general assembly Meeting of the Friends of Manial Palace Museum to be held on Thursday September 20, 2007 at the Manial Palace following the Association’s Iftar reception in order to consider the following Agenda:

1-          Financial statements.

 

2-          Report of the Board for the activities during the year and the Auditors report.

 

3-          Budget for next year.

 

 

4-          Appoint Auditors.

 

5-          To approve that all members who join the Association after June 30, should only pay half the annual subscription which will amount to LE 120.

 

6-          Any other subject.

 

 

 

All members are eligible to attend as long as the member has paid up to date all subscriptions due to the Association.

 

 

No member may have power of attorney for more than one other member. If a quorum is not achieved the time of the meeting will be delayed for a period of one hour according to the original Articles of Association of the Association.

نتشرف بدعوة سيادتكم لحضور اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لجمعية أصدقاء متحف قصر المنيل يوم الخميس 20 سبتمبر  2007 فى قصر المنيل بعد حفل إفطارالجمعية للنظر فى جدول الأعمال التالى:

 

 

1-    الميزانية والحساب الختامى.

 

2-    تقرير مجلس الادارة عن أعمال السنة وتقرير مراقب الحسابات.

 

3-    مشروع الميزانية التقديرية للعام القادم.

 

 

4-    تعيين مراقب الحسابات.

 

5-     الموافقة على أن يقوم الأعضاء الجدد المنضمين للجمعية بعد 30 يونيو بدفع نصف الاشتراك السنوى وهو 120 جنيه.

 

 

 

6-    ما يستجد من أعمال

 

 

 

 

على أن يكون العضو مسدداً للإشتراكات المستحقة عليه للجمعية.

 

 

ولا يجوز أن ينوب العضو عن أكثر من عضو واحد. وفى حالة عدم اكتمال النصاب القانونى لصحة الانعقاد فى الموعد المحدد يؤجل الإجتماع لمدة ساعة طبقاً للائحة النظام الأساسى للجمعية.
