Now that the Manial Palace Museum is an administrative dependency of the Ministry of Culture rather than EGOTH (Egyptian General Organization for Tourism and Hotels), it is undergoing belated major repairs. Hence the museum remains closed to the public. A timeline of restoration works will appear on this page soon so that you can keep abreast of developments that concern us all.
